Delivery & Shipping Policy
All Portia’s Green’s orders must be placed Monday–Thursday by 10:00 PM to be included in that week’s production. Orders are prepared Friday evening and fulfilled over the weekend.
Orders placed after 10:00 PM Thursday will be processed the following Friday.

Freshness, Shelf Life & Storage Disclaimer
At Portia’s Greens, freshness comes first. Our juices are made with fresh fruits and vegetables and are crafted without traditional heat pasteurization or preservatives designed to significantly extend shelf life.
Once pressed, our fresh juices have a 7-day refrigerated shelf life, which includes the day the juice is made plus the following six (6) days, when continuously stored under proper refrigeration.
To help preserve freshness, quality, and flavor from our kitchen to your hands, our juices are frozen promptly after preparation. Depending on the delivery or pickup process, your juice may arrive frozen or partially frozen. This is intentional and part of our freshness-handling process.
Upon receiving your juice, keep it frozen until you are ready to begin the 7-day refrigerated shelf-life period. Once thawed, keep the juice refrigerated and consume it within the timeframe indicated on the product label. Do not refreeze juice after it has been fully thawed.
Because Portia’s Green’s products are made from fresh ingredients, natural variations in color, flavor, texture, and separation may occur. This is completely normal—give it a good shake and let those greens do their thing!
For your safety and the best experience, do not consume any product that has been improperly stored, left unrefrigerated for an extended period, has exceeded its stated use-by date, or shows signs of spoilage.
Shipping is NOT currently available. Our juices are freshly pressed, unpasteurized, and carefully handled to maintain their quality and freshness, we are not offering traditional or nationwide shipping at this time.
Local Orders
Portia’s Green’s products may be available through local pickup, local delivery, farmers markets, pop-up events, and other designated locations, depending on availability. Pickup and delivery options will be provided during the ordering process when applicable.
